Human Resources
Overseeing the Employee Life Cycle
The success of Enterprise Mobility™ has always been fuelled by the passion and purpose of its people. While managers are critically important to bringing out the best in their people, Human Resources (HR) is an indispensable partner in that process. HR encompasses Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Development (TD) and Generalists; together, these three disciplines guide managers through the entire employee life cycle. They work with the managers to recruit, select, onboard and develop employees, and they ensure that all employees have the guidance and understanding needed to maximise their potential. When you join the HR team, you will engage with people daily across all levels, business lines and departments, supporting them with whatever they need to excel in their roles and achieve their professional goals.
