Overview
VO Specialists manage relationships with collision repair and vehicle maintenance vendors, conducting negotiations and physical inspections for complex repairs on cars, vans, and light- and medium-duty trucks. They monitor policies and procedures for repair and maintenance of the fleet and participate in initiatives to ensure that vendors produce safe, quality repairs that comply with manufacturer repair standards. As conduits between Enterprise leadership and vendors, VO Specialists communicate repair updates and performance insights and ensure that operations have the right coverage and quality of service in their network of vendors.
